Cancellation and refund terms may vary by destination, hotel, room category, package, supplier, promotion, event period, and travel date.

Some bookings may be refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to date-based supplier charges. The final quote or booking confirmation should be reviewed before payment.

Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation, contact Before Holiday with your booking reference, traveller name, travel date, and reason for cancellation.

A cancellation is not complete until our team confirms the request and any applicable supplier or hotel terms have been reviewed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, when applicable, are calculated after considering supplier penalties, used services, taxes, payment gateway or convenience charges, and non-refundable components.

No-show, late cancellation, peak-season, or special-rate bookings may attract higher deductions or may not be eligible for refund.

Processing Timelines

Approved refunds may take time depending on supplier settlement, payment gateway processing, banking timelines, and the original payment method.

Any refund timeline shared by our team is an estimate unless specifically confirmed for the relevant booking.
