Terms & Conditions (2025 Update) – MVUP Before Holiday LLP

1. COVID-19 Policy

  • Refunds: Adjusted per hotel/vendor policies. Advance payments can be credited toward future trips.
  • Safety Measures:
  • Deep cleaning before/after stays.
  • Hand sanitizers, social distancing, and staff temperature checks.
  • Enhanced cleaning of public areas (lobbies, doorknobs, etc.).

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Force Majeure: No cash refunds for weather/government disruptions; alternatives offered.

3. Changes by Before Holiday

  • We reserve the right to modify/cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest).
  • Alternate Options: New dates or pro-rata refunds for unused services.
  • Liability Cap: Limited to refunding tour fees paid.

4. Changes by You

  • Post-confirmation changes (dates, accommodation) may incur additional costs. Requests must be in writing.

5. Complaints

  • Report issues immediately to the service provider (hotel, transporter) or our representative.
  • Escalate unresolved complaints within 28 days via email to hello@before.holiday.
  • Note: We facilitate resolutions but are not liable for third-party services.

6. Liability

  • Our Responsibility: Compensation limited to the cost of unfulfilled arrangements.
  • Third-Party Services: Hotels, transporters, etc., are independent contractors. We are not liable for their acts.
  • Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their valuables and travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Mandatory: Purchase insurance separately or through us. Not covered under our services.

8. Service Exactness

  • Hotel photos/descriptions are indicative. Actual experiences may vary.

9. Pricing & Payments

  • Advance Payment: Required at booking.
  • Balance Payment: Due 35 days before departure.
  • Surcharges: Communicated before confirmation. No refunds for unutilized services.

10. Forfeiture of Deposit

Non-refundable deposits are forfeited if:

  • You cancel the booking.
  • Miss payment deadlines.
  • Visa denial or inability to travel (medical/other reasons).

11. General Terms

  • Amendments: No verbal modifications accepted. Refer to the latest version on our website.
  • Updates: We may revise terms without prior notice. Check this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

  • Disputes subject to Indian jurisdiction (Noida, UP).
