Refund & Cancellation Policy (2025)
MVUP Before Holiday LLP

1. Cancellation Requests

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hello@before.holiday or through our customer portal.
• Verbal requests will not be processed.

2. Cancellation Fees & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies and timing:

Cancellation Period	Refund Amount (varies by supplier)
60+ days before departure	25% of the total cost (25% fee)
30–59 days before departure	50% of total cost (50% fee)
0–29 days before departure	Non-refundable (100% fee)

• Non-refundable bookings (e.g., discounted/flash deals) will be marked at booking.
• Partial refunds may apply for unused services (e.g., unused hotel nights).

3. Processing Time

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–21 business days after approval.
• Credit card/bank refunds may take an additional 5–10 days to reflect.

4. Force Majeure & Emergencies

For cancellations due to:

• Natural disasters, government travel bans, or pandemics.
• Medical emergencies (with valid documentation).

Options:

• Full credit for future travel (valid 12 months).
• Partial refund per supplier policies.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Amendment fees (₹500–₹2,000) may apply + supplier charges.
• Date Change (Rescheduling): Can be done 30 days before arrival. Fare difference may apply.
• No changes permitted within 7 days of departure.

6. No-Show Policy

• 100% forfeiture of payment if no prior cancellation notice is given.

7. Travel Insurance

• Strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or delays.
• Policies are available via Before Holiday or third-party providers.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of cancellation.
• Before Holiday acts as a mediator with suppliers, but is not liable beyond their policies.

9. Governing Law

• All disputes are subject to Noida, UP (India).
